7:00PM Public Meeting

To consider the Request for a Rehearing by Walter Neff and Barbara Cohen for a decision that was granted by the ZBA on April 23, 2013. The decision granted two variances (from Article XI-A Section 10.d and Article VI Section C as authorized by Article XVI Section C.1.) on property located at 3 High Street (Tax Map 104, Lot 104) Antrim NH 03440 in the Residential District.

Vice-Chair Giffin opened the meeting at 7:05PM and appointed Ms. Nelkens to sit for the recused Chair Kendall.

Vice- Chair Giffin summarized the case.

The Board members discussed the case. It was determined that no new evidence had been submitted in the request for rehearing.

Mr. Haggett moved to vote on the request for rehearing. Mr. Ledgerwood seconded. (a yes voted grants the request, a no vote denies the request)

Roll Call Vote: Mr. Haggett, no; Mr. Ledgerwood, no; Mr. Giffin, no; Ms. Nelkens, abstains.

Chair Giffin stated that the request had been denied.

Business Meeting:

Approve Minutes of April 23, 2013  Mr. Haggett moved to accept the minutes; Mr. Kendall seconded. All approved the minutes as amended.


At 7:50PM, Mr. Haggett moved to adjourn; Mr. Kendall seconded. All approved. The meeting was adjourned.
